Opening 2028

The Senior Campus

The Independent School of Jakarta will open a purpose-built senior campus in Pondok Indah, South Jakarta, in 2028. Located 300 metres from the junior campus, it completes a gold standard British international school offering the English National Curriculum from age 2 through to A-Levels.

Facilities

Built Around Learning

Science laboratories, technology labs, dedicated art and music studios, a theatre, a secondary library, and a football pitch. Every space designed to support the breadth of GCSEs and A-Levels.

A Complete Pathway

From Age Two to A-Levels

Current Year 7 pupils at the junior campus will be the first cohort to progress through to A-Levels. For the first time, ISJ families have a continuous educational journey from Early Years through to university entrance.

A Considered Environment

Designed for the Tropics

Shaded walkways, landscaped courtyards, and open-air connections between buildings. The campus is designed for daily life in Jakarta — pupils move between lessons under cover, gather outside between them, and spend breaks in planted gardens.

"This development ensures that families can stay with us through to graduation, benefiting from the same values and continuity of care."
